Potato Latkes with Cannabis Infused Apple Sauce Ingredients

Here is everything you need :

• 1 lb of Yukon Gold Potatoes
• 1 Small Onion
• 1 Egg
• 2 ½ tbs of Flour  
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Black Pepper
• ½ cup of Oil (for frying)  
• 1 jar of Apple Sauce
• 4 droppers (0.50 mL) of Goodfeels Flavorless Beverage Enhancer

Potato Latkes with Cannabis Infused Apple Sauce Steps

1. Wash and peel your potatoes and onion.  
2. Place a strainer inside of a large bowl, line strainer with a cheesecloth. Grate your potatoes and onion into strainer.  
3. Pull up the corners of your cheese cloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible from mixture.  
4. Place mixture into a large bowl and add in your egg, flour, salt, and pepper. With clean hands, mix until well combined.  
5. Heat up your oil in a shallow pan. Using a measuring spoon, scoop batter into hands and flatten. Place into oil.  
6. Fry on each side for about 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Flip to fry other side.  
7. Let the latkes drain excess oil on a plate lined with a paper towel.  
8. In a small bowl, pour in your apple sauce. Add your Good Feels drops and mix.  
9. Place a small amount of apple sauce on your latke and enjoy!
